Challenge: Develop a fragrance line for model and entrepreneur Kathy Ireland in a saturated fragrance market. With a robust brand licensing model, Kathy Ireland Worldwide already exists across numerous verticals, so our challenge was to develop a design that would stay within brand guidelines yet bring a fresh look that would stand out.
Solution: With Kathy Ireland’s logo and signature heart emblem as the core visual element, we designed a bottle that was clean and elegant with a touch of delight in the custom embossed cap. The fragrances are all very floral focused, so the art direction brought in fresh flowers and flower patterns and simplified ingredient elements to bring indicate key scent notes.
